Subscription and Return Policy

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring subscription fee based on the frequency selected (1 month, 2 month, or 3 months). By receiving the discounted price, you are agreeing to purchase at least three (3) products of equal or greater value to your original item purchased. If you wish to cancel your subscription before the three shipments, you must pay the difference between listed price and subscription price, or order/pay for the remaining two orders.

Inactive subscriptions will be cancelled after missing two consecutive shipments, or shipments scheduled more than a year out.

For example, if the product is 49.99 and the subscription price is 29.99, and you wish to cancel your subscription after one order, you will be required to pay APC LLC the difference of $20.00 (49.99 and 29.99). 

After three (3) shipments, subscription can be cancelled online without the need to call or email. However, if you can't access your account, we can cancel your subscription by emailing us at contact@allpurposecreams.com.

If we do not receive payment from your credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit card before continuing to be part of our subscription program. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts due from you, including, but not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original, sealed packaging. We will issue refunds less shipping costs.

If the product is returned opened, or if you have a negative reaction, or claim the product doesn't look right, we will ask to see photos or videos to verify and issue a refund less shipping.

We may offer partial refunds or future discounts at the sole discretion of the company.
